DOMICILIARY CARE WORKER
We are looking for someone to join our team and to provide a Service of Care to service users to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. This Care Service will involve a programme of personal care and household management that is personalised for each service user in the form of a Care Plan.
LIVE-IN CARER
We are looking for someone to join our team an to provide a personal and unique Service of Care to service users to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. To achieve this level and quality of care by “living-in” the service user’s own home so that the Carer is on call at all times during shift hours. In this respect the Carer will essentially be working under the direct supervision of the service user to ensure that the service user’s daily support needs, as detailed in the service user’s Care Plan, are achieved.
