Impact Care’s Live in Care service offers you and your family peace of mind. By providing individual, quality care to people of all ages, our care workers are trained to the highest standard to meet the wide ranging needs of many dependency levels, leaving your family secure with the knowledge that you are well looked after and taken care of.

Services offered include: -

Respite care

We can provide short-term care to give the main carer a break for a couple of days or a couple of weeks as required. We are also on hand to step in should the main carer be unwell or called away for a short period of time.

Short-term care

Following a spell of illness or convalescence after a hospital stay, our live in care workers can help to get people back on their feet to regain their independence.

Rapid response care

Impact Care’s team of expert care providers are available with limited notice to help avoid emergency hospital admissions or to enable an earlier discharge following a hospital stay.

Special needs care

Everyone is different and some people require more intensive homecare due to complex behaviours or special needs. At Impact Care, our care workers are fully trained to meet these needs and work with other specialist care providers to deliver individual, personalised care plans.

Long-term care

Some individuals with more complex care needs require 24-hour care assistance. Our live in care workers are on hand to provide this care around the clock, giving family members and other care providers time to rest, safe in the knowledge that you continue to be cared for.

End of life care

Many people who are at their end of life ask to stay in their own home surrounded by their memories and familiar surroundings. Our live in carers can provide this important care assistance at what is usually a very difficult time for loved ones.
